摘　　要：【目的】评价SIEMENSADVIA-2120型血液学分析仪对有核红细胞（NRBC）分析结果的准确性。【方法】采用仪器法和手工法分别对120份外周血中含有有核红细胞的临床血液样本进行测定。【结果】仪器法和手工法对NRBC的检测结果比较，中、高值差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），低值差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。标本重复性能良好，平均变异系数（CV）〈6％，灵敏度92．3％，特异性97．7％，假阳性14．3％，假阴性1．16％。【结论】ADVIA-2120血液分析仪测定NRBC是一种较为经济、简洁、准确的方法，适宜在临床疆产使鼠，[Objective] To evaluate the accuracy of the results of nucleated red blood celI（NRBC） measured by SIEMENS ADVIA-2010 hematology analyzer. [Methods]The peripheral blood NRBC of 120 patient s were measured by both instrumental method and manual method. [ResultslThere was no significant difference in the high value and medium value of the measurement results between the instrumental method and manual method（ P 〉0.05）, but there was significant difference in the low value between two methods（ P 〈0.01）. The repetitiveness of the sample was good. The average CV was below 6%. Sensitivity and specificity was 92.3% and 97.7%, respectively. The false positive rate and false negative rate was 14.3 % and 1.16 %, respectively. [ConelusionlADVIA-2120 hematology analyzer for measuring NRBC is more economic, convenient and accurate method. Therefore, it is suitable to be extended in the clinics.
