山东造纸能否继续领跑全国?——山东与其他重点省份造纸产业发展比较分析

摘　　要：本文对山东省造纸产业的发展状况与其他省份进行了比较。在产量、业务收入、以及企业平均收入规模等诸多指标方面,山东在各省份中领先。但产量增长率、企业平均产量规模等指标则显示山东省造纸产业的地位在下降。山东省造纸类上市公司的技术水平也不突出。应通过重组、兼并等方式减少企业数量,扩大企业平均产量规模,加强企业技术人才引进和培养工作,提高技术水平,促进山东省造纸产业的进一步发展。This paper compares the development of paper industry between Shandong province and other provinces.Shandong paper industry was at leading positions at the targets of output,business income,income scale of individual enterprises,but it showed a decline in output growth rate and the average output scale of individual enterprises.The technological level of the listed paper companies in Shandong is not prominent.Therefore it must be taken to minimize the enterprise quantity and raise the output scale by merger and acquisition,to raise the technological level by talent introduction and talent cultivation to promote the further development of Shandong paper industry.
