摘 要:磁铁矿是亲水的,为了使其作为磁种用于磁选法脱墨中,必须进行表面疏水改性。本实验筛选出油酸钠与硬脂酸的混合酸作为最优改性剂,采用正交实验寻求其最优的改性工艺条件,并用SEM、FTIR对Fe3O4改性前后的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:Fe3O4由亲水性变为疏水性,其反应温度、时间和pH值是影响改性效果的主要因素,改性剂与磁铁矿通过化学键合的方式发生吸附。Magnetite powder is hydrophilic. It must be hydrophobically modified before it is used for magnetic deinking of waste paper as magnetic seeds. The sodium oleate mixed with stearic acid was selected as the optimal modifier. The process conditions were discussed via the orthogonal experiments. In addition, the morphology and structure of the magnetite powder before and after modification were characterized by SEM and FTIR. The results show that the mixed acid can change the magnetite surface from hydrophilic to hydrophobic and adsorb to the magnetite through chemical bond. The temperature, time and pH are the key factors to influence modification efficiency.
