摘 要:基于层层沉积技术及阴阳离子静电吸附作用的理论基础,通过在杨木APMP纸浆纤维表面依次包覆阳离子淀粉(CS)、阴离子淀粉(AS)和阳离子淀粉(CS)的方法,主要讨论了无机电解质种类、纸浆浓度、淀粉用量对成纸性能和淀粉保留率的影响。研究结果表明:当AlCl3浓度为12.0mmol/L,纸浆浓度为1.6%,每层淀粉用量为50mg/g(纤维),每层吸附时间5min,pH=5.0时,同未吸附淀粉的空白样相比,多层淀粉包覆APMP浆成纸的耐破指数、环压指数、撕裂指数及抗张指数分别增加了95.74%、62.88%、93.53%和88.53%;同吸附单层阳离子淀粉的空白样相比较,多层淀粉包覆APMP浆的淀粉保留率增加了97.35%,成纸的耐破指数、环压指数、撕裂指数及抗张指数分别增加了41.54%、42.89%、53.02%和45.79%。Based on the theoretical basis of layer-by-layer deposition technique and electrostatic attraction mechanism between cationic ion and anionic ion, the effects of inorganic electrolyte species, pulp consistency and starch dosage on paper performance were studied by means of coverage with cationic starch, anionic starch layer by layer. The experimental results show that when aluminum chloride concentration is 12.0 mmol/L, the pulp consistency 1.6%, the starch dosage 50 mg/g each layer, the adsorption time 5 rain and pH 5.0, the burst index, ring crush index, tearing index and tensile index of the paper from the pulp coated with three-layer starch are increased by 95.74%, 62.88%, 93.53% and 88.53% respectively compared with the contrast sample without adsorption of starch. Under the same conditions, the starch retention rate is increased by 97.35%, the burst index, ring crush index, tearing index and tensile index are increased by 41.54%, 42.89%, 53.02%, and 45.79% respectively compared with the contrast sample with the adsorption of monolayer cationic starch.
