摘　　要：以浙江某纸厂生产定量140g/m2的挂面箱纸板为试验研究对象,详细探讨了AKD施胶应用的新工艺配比。试验表明:13%含量的AKD乳液配合阴离子垃圾捕捉剂0.3kg/t纸、助留剂0.4kg/t纸时,其用量仅为6kg/t纸,相比单独用AKD复配中性胶综合成本降低。The proportion for a new AKD sizing system was discussed based on linerboard of 140g/m2 in a paper mill in Zhejiang province. The result shows that when the dosage of AKD（13% solid content） is composed with 0.3kg/t anionic trash catcher, the retention aid 0.4kg/t, the dosage of AKD is only 6kg/t with the cost reduced compared to single application of AKD.
