摘 要:介绍了纺丝组件内置混合元件的熔体管路几何结构;对应欧姆定律和熔体流动特性方程,根据电路模拟法的计算原理,采用电路模拟法计算内置圆盘静态混合器的纺丝组件压力降。结果表明:以PA6与PE共混纺丝为例,共混物熔体流经喷丝板的压力降为9.80 MPa,远大于流经分配板的压力降0.241 MPa,熔体流经纺丝组件时,主要阻力产生于喷丝板微孔,静态混合器生产的阻力很小。The geometric structure of melt channels of spin pack internal mixer components was introduced. The melt pressure drop in spin pack with disc static mixer was calculated by circuit simulation based on ohms law and melt flow property equations. The results showed that the pressure drop of PA6 and PE blend melt was 9.80 MPa while flowing through spinnerets, considera- bly higher than the pressure drop of 0.241 MPa while flowing through the distribution plates. The spinneret mieroholes generated the dominating resistance force as the blend melt flowed through the spin pack. The static mixer offereda little resistance force.
