摘　　要：知识转移理论表明,提升团队知识创新能力的关键在于提高知识转移的效率。文章将影响知识转移效率的因素提炼为知识转移主体、转移情景和转移渠道,并通过问卷调查的数据探索其与高校科研团队知识创新能力的相互作用关系,以期为高校科研团队知识创新能力的提升提供一个规范明晰的路径。The theory of knowledge transfer indicates that the key to the increase of the team＇ s knowledge innovation capacity lies in the improvement of the efficiency of knowledge transfer. This paper refines the factors affecting the efficiency of knowledge transfer into the agent, situation and channel of knowledge transfer. Then the pa- per discusses their relationships with the knowledge innovation capacity of university research teams by the use of questionnaire survey in an attempt to provide a normative path for the increase of the knowledge innovation capacity of university research teams.
