摘　　要：根据国内图书文献机构会议文献收藏、揭示等方面的情况,以及目前会议文献相关数据库的情况,了解到会议文献是一种出版形式多样、收集和提供分散、专门数据库缺乏、利用相对困难的文献类型。但会议文献又是一种传递新信息更快、非常重要的信息来源。如何做好会议文献的收集与提供呢?除了充分发挥现有的数据库资源的作用外,笔者提出应该更多地通过合作与共享的途径来挖掘会议文献的价值并使其在科研、教学等活动中发挥作用。According to the conference literature collection and revelation situation in domestic library and documentation organizations as well as the present situation of the databases about conference literatures, it＇s found that conference literatures are a type of literatures which are published in different forms, can not be collected and pro- vided at a specified time, lack special databases and are relatively difficult to use. However, the conference litera- tures are an very important information source which transfers new information more quickly. So how to do a good job in collecting and providing conference literatures.9 In addition to giving full play to the role of the existing database resources, the author proposes that we should excavate the value of conference literatures mainly by the way of cooperation and sharing, and let them play the role in the scientific research and teaching activities.
