高校图书馆电子资源投入产出绩效评价研究

摘　　要：针对如何评价高校图书馆电子资源投入产出绩效的问题,建立了层次分析法和线性加权和法相结合的评价模型,该模型首先对电子资源的投入产出指标进行层次分析,求得各个指标对于总目标的权重,然后利用线性加权和法计算电子资源的总投入和总产出,最后用总产出除以总投入得到的数值就是电子资源的投入产出绩效,并通过实证分析验证了该方法的科学性和可行性。In order to solve the problems of how to evaluate the university library electronic resources input and output performance, this paper constructs an evaluation model which combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） method with the Linear Weighted Sums Method. The model first uses the AHP method to analyze the elec- tronic resources input and output indexes, and obtains the weight of each index on the total target. Then, it uses the Linear Weighted Sums Method to calculate the total input and output of electronic resources. Finally, the numerical value obtained by the total output divided by the total input is right the electronic resources input and output performance. The paper also uses the empirical analysis method to validate the scientificity and feasibility of the method.
