摘  要:研究早籼杂交稻稻米品质性状的种子、细胞质和母体遗传效应,能为品质遗传改良提供理论依据。本研究以6个籼型不同胞质类型的三系不育系为母本,5个早籼恢复系为父本,按不完全双列杂交设计,采用禾谷类作物种子数量性状平均数遗传模型,分析了早籼杂交稻品质性状的遗传效应。结果表明糙米率、精米率、粒长、垩白粒率、直链淀粉含量、碱消值、整精米率、垩白度等8个性状受种子遗传效应和母体遗传效应的控制,同时整精米率和垩白度还受细胞质遗传效应的影响;长宽比、胶稠度只受种子遗传效应控制。不育系京福6A、京福7A和京福9A,恢复系明恢82和明恢89均可以较好改良早籼稻米品质。In order to provide a theoretical basis for genetic improvement of the quality,this study were aimed at analying seed,cytoplasmic and maternal genetic effects for grain quality characters in early indica hybrid rice.Analysis of quality traits was conducted based on seed quantitative traits genetic models in an incomplete diallel cross from six CMS and five early-restorers of indica rice(Oryza sativa L.).The eight characters were simultaneously controlled by seed genetic effects and maternal genetic effects in percentage of brown rice,percentage of milled rice,kernel length,percentage of chalky grain,amylose content,gelatinization temperature,percentage of head rice and chalkiness,also chalkiness and percentage of head rice were controlled by cytoplasmic genetic effects.The two traits were only controlled by seed genetic effects in gel consistency and length/breadth ratio.The five materials were parents for breeding early indica hybrid rice combinations with better quality,which included the CMS Jingfu6A,Jingfu7A and Jingfu9A,the restorers of Minghui82 and Minghui89.
