卢沙坦对糖尿病足血管内皮功能影响的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卢沙坦对糖尿病足患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将60例伴有血管内皮功能异常的2型糖尿病足病患者随机分为两组,A组接受卢沙坦口服治疗,B组口服利尿剂或α受体阻滞剂或β受体阻滞剂或无降压药,16周后检测并比较两组患者治疗前后血管内皮功能。结果 A组患者经卢沙坦治疗16周后平均内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(EDD)由(5.45±1.19)%上升至(7.11±1.62)%,内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能(EID)由(14.12±1.58)%上升至(16.03±1.51)%,两者治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组经治疗后的EDD、EID亦有上升,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卢沙坦能有效地改善糖尿病足患者的血管内皮功能,并且具有良好的安全性及耐受性。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of losartan on endothelial function in patients with diabetic foot.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic foot and a wide variation of endothelial dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received losartan,group B received diuretic drugs,alpha or beta-blockers.Endothelial function was measured before and 16 weeks after treatment.Results After the treatment,endothelial-dependent dilation（EDD）（5.45%±1.19% vs 7.11%±1.62%） and endothelial-independent dilation（EID）（14.12%±1.58% vs 16.03%±1.51%） in the group A patients were significantly（P0.05） increased.For the group B patients,EDD and EID was the same before and after the treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Losartan can significantly improve endothelial function in patients with diabetic foot.It is also safe and has a good tolerability profile.
