摘　　要：端粒、端粒酶在肿瘤细胞的永生化和演进中扮演重要作用,绝大多数肿瘤细胞通过端粒酶以补充因肿瘤细胞复制中丢失的端粒。端粒酶逆转录酶是其中关键的限速酶,研究端粒酶逆转录酶的调控机制对肿瘤的防治有着重要意义。Telomeres and telomerase play crucial roles in maintaining cell immortalization and cancer progression,telomerase level is high in most human cancers.The telomerase reverse transcriptase（hTERT） is the key of telomerase activity regulation.The mechanism research of hTERT regulation has important meaning to tumor prevention.
