摘 要:采用常规MAG焊进行低合金高强钢焊接时容易发生焊接冷裂纹,研究针对HQ785T1低合金高强钢采用激光-MAG复合热源焊接技术进行焊接工艺研究。结果表明,采用激光-MAG复合热源焊接技术可以实现HQ785T1高强钢板室温无预热高效优质焊接,焊接接头力学性能良好,焊缝成形美观,焊接效率显著提高。Cold crack easily appears in conventional metal active-gas ( MAG) welding of low-alloy high strength steel.The laser-MAG hybrid welding process of HQ785T1 low alloy high strength steel was studied.The results show that the high strength steel HQ785T1 can be welded at room temperature,and high quality welding without preheating by laser-MAG hybrid welding was achieved.The weld appearance is beautiful and the mechanical properties of the joints is good,and the welding efficiency is increased greatly.
