摘　　要：在1Cr13和Inconel 690焊接过程中,先在1Cr13侧采用HS690焊丝堆焊隔离层,然后实现同种金属的焊接。采用硬度试验、冲击试验和金相检验的方法确定了隔离层厚度,为实现异种金属的良好焊接奠定了基础。In the welding of 1Cr13 stainless steel and Inconel 690 nickel alloy dissimilar metal,HS690 nickel alloy welding wire was used to prepare the isolation layer,then the welding of the same alloy metal was realized.Hardness test,impact test and metallographic test were carried out to determine the thickness of isolation layer,which laid the good basic for the welding of dissimilar metals.
