摘　　要：研制了一种与P91钢配套的富氩气体保护焊药芯焊丝,并分析了药芯成分等因素对焊道成形、焊接飞溅、脱渣性等的影响。在大量的工艺性能和力学性能的试验基础上,设计了焊丝的渣系和合金系统,并且对焊丝的综合性能进行了全面的测试,满足了相关标准的要求。An argon-rich gas shielded flux cored wire for P91 steel was developed,and the effect of flux composition on weld bead forming, welding spatter and slag detach ability was analyzed.The design of slag and alloy system for this new welding wire was based on the numerous studies of process performance and mechanical properties.Furthermore,the comprehensive performance of this wire has been fully examined, which meets the requirements of the relevant standards.
