颈椎旁神经阻滞联合银质针导热疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察颈椎旁神经阻滞联合银质针导热疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选择神经根型颈椎病患者400例，采用颈椎旁神经阻滞联合银质针导热疗法治疗，1周治疗1次，3次为1个疗程。分别于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后1周采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）进行疼痛评估。并按改良MacNab评估治疗效果。结果治疗1个疗程后1周400例患者VAS评分显著降低（P〈0．05）。效果优者341例（85．3％），良者28例（7．0％），可者15例（3．7％），差者16例（4．0％）。结论颈椎旁神经阻滞联合银质针导热疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，值得在临床中应用。Objective To observe the effect of cervical paravertebral nerve block combined with silver needle transmission heat therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylopa- thy. Methods In four hundred patients cervical paravertebral nerve block combined with silver nee- dle therapy was used in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylopathy, one time per week, three times for a course of treatment. Visual analogue scale （VAS） for pain assessment and modified MacNab method for therapeutic effect were evaluated before treatment and one week after a course of treatment. Results VAS was significantly decreased one week after treatment （P^0.05）. Excellent efficacy was in 341 cases （85.3%）, good in 28 cases （7.0%）, poor in 15 cases （3.7%） and ineffec- tive in 16 cases （4.0%）. Conclusion The effect of cervical paravertebral nerve block combined with silver needle transmission heat therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylopathy is significant better,worthly used in clinic.
