摘　　要：电信企业刚刚走过21世纪的头十年，接下来的十年对电信企业来说，又将是一个“生态环境”突变的时期。适者生存的自然法则仍然适用。如何根据环境变化在竞争中不断地自我创新，进行市场战略与策略的调整与转变，以适应新技术、大市场、严监管的社会环境，以及客户的需求，这将是决定电信企业能否生存的重要举措。Telecommunications company has just gone through the first decade of the 21st century,the next decade of telecommunications enterprises,in turn is an＂environment＂mutation of the period, survival of the fittest laws of nature still apply.How changes in the competitive environment and continually self-innovation,market strategy and tactics to adjust and change to adapt to new technology,large market,strict regulation of the social environment,and customer demand,which will determine whether the telecommunications companies to survive important measure.
