补肾益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的：观察补肾益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的改善作用。方法：采用在Ｄ－ 半乳糖催老基础上加基底前脑注射ＩＢＯ法复制老年性痴呆大鼠模型，用Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ 水迷宫法评价补肾益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的改善作用。结果：补肾益智方组大鼠在Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ 水迷宫中，逃避潜伏期明显缩短，原平台象限游泳时间明显延长，与模型组比较有显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 。结论：补肾益智方对模型大鼠学习记忆损害的改善作用明显优于阳性对照药石杉碱甲，说明补肾益智方对模型大鼠学习记忆功能损害的改善作用非常显著。Aim: Study on the effect of BYR on the animal model of alzheimer's disease in rats. Methods: The animal model of Alzheimer's disease was made by D-galactose intraperitoneal injection and basal forebrain bilateral lesion with ibotenic acid microinjection in rats. Learning and memory deficits of these rats were assessed in the Morris water maze and treated with BYF. Results: The escape latency of BYF group was significantly shorter than that of Hup-A group and the model control group. The swimming time in the quadrant contain platforrn was much longer than that of Hup-A group and model control group. Conclusion: BYF has great effect on the learning and memory deficits of this animal model of Alzheimer′s disease in rats.
