摘　　要：本文报道了综合功能评定法的评定者间一致性的研究结果。两位评定者对同一组103例正常人分别进行了评定，将评定结果进行统计学处理，Kappa值为0．75，说明两位评定者的评定结果具有高度的一致性。证明该量表具有高度的评定者间一致性，信度可靠。Presented in this Paper is a preliminary report on inter-observer agreement study of comprehensive function evaluation(CFE). one hundred and three normal persons were evaluated by two observers individually. The result revealed significant statistical difference,Kappa = 0. 75,demonstrating the substantial agreement of these two evaluations. The result suggests that the scale has substantial inter-observer agreement and high reliability. The personal comprehensive function could be evaluated completely in the scale. It would be significant not only in practice but also in theory to improve the rehabilitation evaluation.
