共同性外斜视943例临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的了解共同性外斜视各类型分布的情况，及其与发病年龄对双眼视功能的影响。方法对943例共同性外斜视患者的斜视类型、年龄及双眼视功能情况进行统计和分析。结果943例共同性外斜视患者中，间歇性外斜视536例、恒定性外斜视307例、婴幼儿性外斜视47例；继发性外斜视53例。①间歇性外斜视中基本型432例，外展过强型7例，集合不足型97例；②间歇性外斜视组融合、远近立体视存在例数均高于恒定型外斜视组和婴幼儿性外斜视，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；③而集合不足型对近立体视功能的影响大于基本型，而对远立体视功能的影响小于基本型，两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；④年龄〉12岁组，融合及近立体视存在率低于其他两组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在共同性外斜视各类型中，间歇性外斜视占首位。间歇性外斜视对双眼视功能影响最小。年龄在12岁之前者，双眼视功能保存率较高。Objective To explore the distribution of concomitant exotropia, and the influence on the binocular visual function caused by distribution and age. Methods Statistical analysis was performed on 943 patients with concomitant exotrorpia about the distribution, age and binocular visual function. Results ① Of 943 patients with concomitant exotropia, 536 patients had intermitant exotropia, 307 exotropia, 47 exotropia, and 53 secondary exotropia. ②The influence on fusion and stereopsis caused by intermitant exotropia was less than by constant exotropia and infantile exotropia, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. ③ The influence on near distffilce stereopsis caused by convergence insufficiency type was greater than basic type, yet the influence on long distance stereopsis was less than the basic type, the differerice was significant （P 〈0.05）. ④ In the group of age〉 12 years, conservation rate of fusion and near distance stereopsis was lower than in other groups, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Intermitant exotropia is the largest group in concomitant exotropia. The influence on binocular vision caused by intermitant exotropia is the minimum. Patients younger than 12 years old with concomitant exotropia have better binocular vision.
