老年性眼睑皮肤松弛症的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨老年性皮肤松弛症的手术治疗效果。方法采用切开法重睑成形术设计手术切口，适当去除部分松弛皮肤，部分眼轮匝肌以及疝出的眶隔脂肪，合并泪腺脱垂的将其固定于泪腺窝内。结果68例患者术后，上睑皮肤松驰症状明显改善，视野无遮挡。睫毛方向水平微翘。睁眼时重睑线弧度流畅。结论上睑皮肤松弛矫正术适用于治疗中老年上睑皮肤松驰，可改善患者老态外观，使功能得到改善，达到持久眼睑美化，年轻化。Objective To evaluate the effects of surgical treatment for senile dermatochalasis. Methods The incision was designed as the traditional double eyelid operation. The redundant eyelid skin was removed, prolapsed fats were excised, and prolapsed lacrimal gland was sutured back into position. Results All the 68 patients gain significant relief of the symptoms after surgery and increased superior field vision. The direction of the eyelash was horizontal. The double eyelid line appearance was natural when the eyes open. Conclusions Surgery of the upper blepharotomy can be used to treat senile dermatochalasis, it can improve the appearance, visual functioning and quality of life. Patients are probably more confident about their aesthetic appearance postoperatively
