摘  要:目的 探索生物类文物优质保存的新途径.方法 应用现代生物塑化技术,对明代古墓出土的骨骸和随葬品如木梳、拐杖、竹筒等样品进行塑化.结果 塑化后的骨骸、木梳、拐杖和竹筒等样本性能近似塑料,外形、大小等与塑化前基本保持一致,色泽、坚韧性等较塑化前有所改善.经1年观察,质量完好.结论 应用现代生物塑化技术处理和保存生物类文物样品,是一条简便易行质量可靠的新途径.Objective To probe a new way of perseruing biological cultural relics.Methods A modem biological plastination method was carried out to manage the specimens of bones and burial articles including two wooden combs,a walking stick and a bamboo slip from the ancient tombs of Ming Dynasy. Results All specimens of bones and burial articles after plastination prosessed property of plastics. There was no change in size or shape after plastination among those specimens ,except that their colour and thoghness were inproved because of the process of plastination. All specimens are still in good quality after one year of plastination. Conclusion Modern biological plastination is a new way for perserving biological cultural relics with good quality.
