摘　　要：通过对农村住宅厨房使用现状实态调查,针对多炉灶并用型农村住宅厨房的操作活动域和配置设计等方面问题进行了深入研究,提出了适应时代发展的多炉灶并用型农村住宅厨房整体化设计的理念、原则、对策和典型布置模式,以期指导转型期中我国农村住宅厨房设计和建设。Based on the spot investigation of service state of kitchen in rural housing and by the study of the operation and the arrangement of multi-range,this paper proposes the integrated design concept,principle,countermeasures and typical layout pattern for kitchen with multi-range,which is expected to guide domestic construction of rural kitchen during the transition period.
