四川省甲3型流感病毒抗原性及其它生物学特性的比较研究

摘　　要：对四川省１９８９ ～１９９１ 年１０ 株甲型流感病毒的ＨＡ 和ＮＡ 变异作了初步探讨，通过ＨＩ抗原比较分析及病毒自鸡血球表面游离动态等实验，发现目前在四川省流行的甲３ 型流感病毒类似于Ａ３／ 广东／４４／８９ ，但抗原性已有了漂移，１９９０ 年毒株抗原性与８９ 年已有所不同；１０ 株病毒ＮＡ 也可能了发生了漂移，其自红细胞表面游离动态明显不同。在此基础上，对在ＨＩ及抑制素敏感性实验中存在交叉反应的四川／０５７／８９ 作ＮＩ，证实其为Ｎ２ 亚型，从而确证该毒株为Ｈ１Ｎ２ 。To study the antigenicand other biologiccharacterof A3 influenza virusin Sichuan Province,10 strains ofinfluenza virusisolatedin Chengdu district wereanalysed-Theresultsofthe hemagglulinationinhibition (HI) and cross HItestsuggested thatthe prevalant A3 influenza virusstrainsin Sichuan province were comparatively related to A3/Guangdong/44/89 but notto A3/Jinan/15/90-The results also revealed that the antigenics of virus strains isolatedin 1989 were already notsimilar with that ofthe virusin 1990 , which meantthat antigenic driftin these strains hadtaken place-Theeluteof10 virusstrainsfrom chicken RBSwasremarkablely different which wasthere sults of antigenic driftin neuraminidase(NA) ofthe virusstrains,perhaps-Theresultsof HI,NIandthesensitivity of10 virusto α,β,γinhibitor test revealed that Sichuan/057/89 was H1N2-Thisis the first recombinant virus (H1N2) isolatedin humanin Sichuan provice-
