摘　　要：主要介绍"6米阳光"集合住宅的节能途径。方案旨在将建筑设计和被动式节能一体化,使建筑本身成为一个具有节能功效的装置,而不借助外力。方案创新点在于突破传统,设计出南向双层通高的太阳房公共空间,与户内双层楼板结合使用,即达到建筑节能效果,又创造了良好的邻里交往空间,提升居住品质。The paper presents the energy saving strategies of a multifamily house design named ＇Six-Meter Sunshine＇.The proposal integrates architectural design with passive bioclimatic tactics.Its major innovation is to combine a two-storey attached sunspace on the south faade and the hollow ventilation floor slabs,which can not only achieve energy conservation,but also promote social interaction of the neighborhood.
