摘 要:目的 研究大鼠纹状体边缘区的结构与功能.方法 用免疫细胞化学技术对大鼠脑切片内P物质受体的定位分布进行研究.结果 P物质受体阳性胞体和树突在中枢神经系统有不均匀分布.纹状体边缘区内有较强P物质受体阳性胞体和树突,典型的梭形细胞沿背腹方向行走.结论 边缘区内有P物质受体的分布.推测边缘区内P物质递质有接受、整合功能.Objective To identify the precise targets of SP in the marginal division of rat striatum.Method The immuncytochemical method was used in the present study to systemically localize SP receptor(SPR)in the marginal division of rat striatum. Result SP-Like im-munoreactive products were found on the membrane of neuronal somata and dendrites.The positive reactive neurons were found non-uniformly in the central nervous system.There were strong positive neurons in the marginal division of rat striatum. These results suggest that the marginal di-vision cells of striatum contain SPR. Conclusion It conjectures that the marginal division may play the important functions included receiving and regulating the transmitter of SP.
