综合性中医医院档案管理应紧跟中医发展步伐

摘　　要：医院的档案管理既是一项基础工程,又是一项系统工程,对医院的发展至关重要。然而目前综合性中医医院的档案管理不容乐观,人员配备与基础设施严重不足,服务意识与服务手段明显滞后。为此提出应注重人才培养,完善档案管理体制;要转变服务意识,主动为医教研服务;要重视信息管理,加强保密制度与知识产权保护意识;构建专家数字化诊疗档案体系,积极为中医传承与创新服务。As a basic and systemic project,the archives management of hospitals is crucial to the development of hospitals.However,at present the archives management of comprehensive traditional Chinese medical hospitals is not optimistic,staff configuration and infrastructure construction are seriously deficient,and the service consciousness and means are delayed.So the following methods are provided： to train specialized talent and perfect the archives management system;to transform the service consciousness and serve medical practice,teaching and research;to attach importance to information management and strengthen confidentiality system and intellectual property protection;to construct the digital expert diagnosis and treatment archives system and serve inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine.
