摘　　要：目的:探讨CD56、CD25与复发性自然流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)发病的关系。方法:采用流式细胞技术分析50例RSA妊娠患者(病例组)和60例正常妊娠者外周血和蜕膜组织中CD56、CD25表达量及二者的相关性。结果:①RSA妊娠组患者外周静脉血及蜕膜组织中CD56、CD25的水平较正常妊娠组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);②RSA妊娠组患者外周静脉血中CD56与CD25的表达呈正相关,并与蜕膜组织中CD56的表达呈正相关。结论:CD56、CD25与复发性自然流产有关,且CD25与CD56在复发性自然流产的发病过程中有协同作用。Objective：To explore the relationship between CD56,CD25 and the pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods：Flow cytometry was used to analyzed the expression levels of CD56 and CD25 and their correlation in periphral blood and decidual tissues of 50 patients with RSA and 60 normal pregnant women.Results：The levels of CD56 and CD25 in periphral blood and decidual tissues of RSA group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group（P0.05）;in periphral blood of RSA group,there was positive correlation between CD56 expression and CD25 expression,and they were correlated positively with expression of CD56 in decidual tissues.Conclusion：CD56 and CD25 are associated with RSA,which play synergistic effects in the pathogenesis of RSA.
