摘  要:目的:观测条件免疫反应哮喘动物模型的嗜碱粒细胞的脱颗粒情况。方法;对经过条件刺激训练结合和未经过条件刺激训练结合的各组动物予以心脏采血,加肝素抗凝,细胞分离液分离白细胞,而后加致敏原及空白对照液,蜉育30分钟,采用甲苯胺蓝低渗溶液染色固定,放于光镜下计数,计算出嗜碱粒细胞的脱颗粒指数。结果:CS1,CS2组嗜碱细胞脱颗粒指数DI两者无显著差异P〉0.05,CS1。Objective:To observe the degranulation of basophilic granulocytes of animal models with conditioned immunoreactive asthma.Methods:Blood samples were collected from the hearts of animals in each CS training linkage group and non-CS training linkage group.Heparin was added into the blood samples to coagulate. WBCs were separated and then sensitinogen and controlled fluid were added into the WBCs.After incubation for 30 minutes the WBCs were stained with hypotonic fluid of toluidine blue and counted under light microscope.Degranulation index (DI) of basophilic granulation was determined.Result:The differences of DI were:not significant between CS1 and CS2 groups (P>0.05);more significant between CS1.CS2 and NS1 groups (P< 0.01).Difference was found betwween CS1.CS2 and CS3,NS2(P<0.05),but no difference between CS3 and NS3(P>0.05) There was difference between CS3,NS2 and NS1.Conclusion: The presence of conditioned stimulus may change the immunizing effect and increase the number of granulation of basophilic granulocytes to some degree.
