摘　　要：今年上半年,建筑市场遭遇强劲寒流,再一次印证了＂物极必反＂的辩证规则。受国家宏观调控影响,铁路新建项目减少,在建项目业主拨款严重不足或滞后,建筑企业内部资金全面吃紧,地方、行业保护更趋明显,征拆工作形势严峻,员工及劳务人员增收呼声迫切,各种风险及深层次矛盾逐渐显现,建筑企业发展遇到严重挑战。In the first half of this year, construction market experienced a strong cold. Under the influence of national macro-control, all kinds of risks and deep-seated contradictions gradually emerged. The development of construction enterprise faced serious challenges. If respond properly, the enterprises will turn adversities into opportunities, get out of the trouble and become really strong. Slight mistake may have unpredictable consequences. Getting through this 'winter' needs thorough thinking of the staff in construction enterprises, especially leading cadres at all levels.
