清心泻肝方治疗湿热下注型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清心泻肝方治疗湿热下注型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将234例病例随机分为试验组117例和对照组117例,分别用中药清心泻肝方与舍尼通治疗;两组均治疗3个月,观察临床疗效及疼痛指数、生活质量评分变化情况。结果两组共脱落14例,试验组、对照组各有110例完成观察,总有效率分别为80.91%、41.82%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组疼痛指数、NHI-CPSI评分、前列腺液评分自身治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间各项指标治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医清心泻肝法治疗湿热下注型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著,可明显提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Qingxin Xiegan Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods Total 234 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 117 cases were treated with ＂Qingxin Xiegan Decoction＂ and control group in which 117 cases were treated with Cernilton,with a course of 3 months.Results Fourteen cases dropped out in the observation period.The total effective rate was 80.91% in treatment group and 41.82% in control group（P0.01）;the ache index,quality of life and prostate fluid improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion ＂Qingxin Xiegan Decoction＂ is quite effective for chronic prostatitis.
