摘 要:目的研究刺老苞根皮黄酮对胫骨骨折模型大鼠骨质代谢变化的影响。方法将50只6周龄SD(雌雄各半)大鼠随机分成5组,即对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、刺老苞根皮黄酮低剂量组(C组)、刺老苞根皮黄酮中剂量组(D组)、刺老苞根皮黄酮高剂量组(E组),每组10只。其中刺老苞根皮黄酮低、中、高剂量组给予刺老苞根皮黄酮相应剂量灌胃(分别为10mg/kg、20mg/kg、30mg/kg),对照组和模型组以等量的0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃。观察各组灌胃第4天、7天、14天、21天、28天不同时间点其他骨代谢相关参数(碱性磷酸转移酶、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸以及骨盐)变化情况。结果与对照组比较,模型组不同时间点的骨碱性磷酸转移酶(ALP)、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,刺老苞根皮黄酮各剂量组除骨折第4天外其他时间点的ALP、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而刺老苞根皮黄酮各剂量组骨钙素的含量在骨折第14天、第21天及第28天升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与低剂量组比较,中、高剂量组除骨折第4天外其他时间点的骨碱性磷酸转移酶(ALP)、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与中剂量组比较,高剂量组除骨折第4天外其他时间点的骨碱性磷酸转移酶(ALP)、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论刺老苞根皮黄酮可以改善胫骨骨折大鼠骨代谢状况,有利骨折愈合修复。Objective To observe the effects of Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids on osseous changes of fractured tibia in SD rats.Methods Fifty six-week SD rats were randomly divided into five groups,including control group,model group and three groups of different dosage of Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz,which were respectively given Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids at the concentrations of 30mg/kg,20mg/kg and 10mg/kg for 28 days.On the 4th day,7th day,14th day,21st day and 28th day,osseous routine parameters,including phosphotransferase kinase,hydroxyproline,osteocalcin and bone salts of all groups were tested and compared.Results Compared with control group,the ALP,hydroxyproline,osteocalcin,bone calcium and bone phosphorus in the model group were significantly decreased(P0.01).However,those changes of the Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids groups significantly increased in comparison with the model group(P0.01).Besides,the changes of the Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids in high-and moderate dosage groups were significantly increased in comparison with the low-dosage group(P0.01).And those changes of the Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids in high-dosage group were significantly increased in comparison with the moderate dosage group(P0.01).Conclusion Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids can improve bone metabolism of rat's tibia to heal the fractured bone.
