加味生乳丹配合湿敷治疗产后缺乳40例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察加味生乳丹配合湿敷治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法:将120例本病患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各40例,对照1组予加味生乳丹内服,治疗组在对照1组治疗的基础上加中药湿敷,对照2组采用产后西医常规护理和营养饮食等方法治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率分别与对照1组和对照2组比较,均P<0.01。结论:加味生乳丹配合湿敷治疗产后缺乳临床疗效较好。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of mortified Shengrudan combined wet dressing for postpartum hypogalactia.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group I and control group II,40 patients per group.The patients in control group I treated with mortified Shengrudan orally,in treatment group with mortified Shengrudan combined wet dressing,and in control group II with post-natal care and nutrition and diet of western medicine treatment.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was respectively higher than that in both control group I and control group II（P0.01）.Conclusion：Modified Shengrudan combined wet dressing is effective for postpartum hypogalactia.
