摘　　要：将传统的RH精炼液压系统中的阀控柱塞缸改为双向比例变量泵控制的柱塞缸,满足了现代冶金生产需要。本文对双向比例变量泵原理进行分析,该泵采用了双向比例变量控制技术,泵控缸容积调速,提高了自动化水平,达到了节能效果。The bidirectional proportion variable displacement pump is adopted instead of cylinder of valve-controlled plunger in the traditional RH vacuum refining furnace hydraulic system.It meets the requirement of modern metallurgy industry.Its principle is analyzed.The bidirectional proportional variable control technology is employed in the pump.And also the cylinder volume velocity modulation is controlled by the pump.It improved the automated level,and achieved the energy conservation effect.
