摘　　要：介绍了波纹冷卷成形机的工作原理,对波纹成形的拉深过程和弯卷过程变形和应力分别进行了分析计算,冲压力与金属变形抗力、摩擦力、弯曲力等因素有关,弯曲应力分布多处于弹塑性状态。The working principle of a corrugated cold rolling forming machine is introduced.The deep drawing process and bending rolling process of corrugated forming are analyzed and calculated.The result shows that the punching pressure is relative to metal anti-deformation force,friction and bending stress,and the bending stress distribution is in the elastoplasticity state.
