摘　　要：本文通过对某钢厂1 750 mm热带钢连轧卷取机卷筒头部轴承在生产过程中出现异常损坏问题分析,找到了引起事故的原因,通过对卷筒受力分析与计算,根据计算结果对卷取机进行调整,避免了同类故障的再次发生。The reason for the accident which happened during the production was found through the analysis for the abnormal damage of the forehead bearing of 1 750 mm mill hot strip continuous rolling coiler.It was confirmed with the analysis and calculation of the mandrel stress.The adjustment for the coiler was carried out according to the calculated result.The similar accident was avoided by the method.
