摘　　要：针对4 300 mm四辊可逆轧机液压安全联轴器频繁失效不起保护的问题,对失效原因进行了分析,介绍了液压安全联轴器的工作原理,通过对其进行改进,改进后的安全联轴器起到了保护作用,使用效果良好。Aiming at frequent invalidation of the hydraulic safe coupler for 4 300 mm four-roller reversing rolling mill,the failure cause is analyzed.The working principle of the hydraulic safe coupler is introduced.The modification work for the hydraulic safe coupler was done.The modified hydraulic safe coupler played a protective role and its application result is perfect.
