摘  要:利用原子吸收分光光度法测定兰州银滩湿地5种植物及其生长土壤(表层)中Cu、Pb、Zn的含量,结果表明,采样区域表层土壤存在轻度Cu、Zn、Pb污染,其中Cu、Pb的来源或污染途径可能相同,且Cu、Zn、Pb的生物可利用性较低,TCLP生态风险评价显示均小于国际标准值;采样区域表层土壤Cu、Zn、Pb总量与TCLP提取量之间呈极显著相关性;就实验所选5种植物,该湿地在今后建设中可优先选择金叶女贞、芦苇和红豆草为绿化用草;铺地柏中Cu-Zn,黄刺玫中Cu-Zn,芦苇中Cu-Pb均有较高的相关性,说明对应两种重金属在相应植物中的富集过程可能有协同作用;而铺地柏中Cu-Pb、Zn-Pb,红豆草中Zn-Pb之间存在一定的负相关性,提示在植物富集过程中可能有拮抗作用。For determination of Cu,Pb and Zn contents in five kinds of wetland plants and surface soil in Yintan wetland of Lanzhou,atomic absorption spectrophotometry method was used,and results showed that the surface soil was slightly polluted by Cu,Zn,Pb,and the sources and pollution of Cu,Pb may be the same.Meanwhile the bioavailability of Cu,Zn,Pb was poor,TCLP ecological risk assessment was less than the standard value,moreover the correlation between the amounts of Cu,Zn,Pb in soil and TCLP extraction was significant.For the five plants used in the study from the wetland,glossy privet,reed and sainfoin may be the better choice for green vegetations in future further construction.Additionally,Cu-Zn in Juniperus procumben,Cu-Zn in Rosa xanthina,Cu-Pb in reed all had a higher correlation,which indicated that the two kinds of heavy metals in the corresponding plants may have synergistic effect.On the contrast,Cu-Pb,Zn-Pb in Juniperus procumben and Zn-Pb in sainfoin exist negative correlation,suggesting that heavy metal enrichment process in the plant may have an antagonistic effect synchronously.
