宁血饮干预治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宁血饮干预治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法:特发性血小板减少性紫癜100例(急性42例,慢性58例),随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组用强的松或地塞米松和宁血饮联合治疗,对照组用强的松或地塞米松治疗。观察皮下紫癜等出血症状,血小板计数,血小板相关抗体和远期疗效等。结果:急性ITP治疗组与对照组出血症状改善无显著差异性,但治疗组血小板计数、血小板相关抗体、总有效率、远期疗效等指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);慢性ITP治疗组出血症状改善以及血小板计数、血小板相关抗体、总有效率、远期疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);结论:宁血饮干预治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效好,尤其是慢性ITP疗效突出。Objective：To view clinical effects of Ning xue yin on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）.Methods：100 patients with Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（42 cases of acute and 58 cases of chronic） were randomLy divided into two groups：control group and observation group,each with 50 patients.The Observation group was treated with prednisone or dexamethasone,combined with Ning xue yin and the control group was treated with prednisone or dexamethasone.The patients＇ skin purpura and other hemorrhagic symptoms,platelet count,platelet-associated antibodies and long-term efficacy were observed.Results：For acute ITP patients,no significant difference was found between 2 groups in improvement of bleeding symptoms after the treatment,However,the improvement of platelet count,platelet-associated antibodies,total efficiency,long-term efficacy,adverse reactions indicators of the observation group were much better than those of the control group.For chronic ITP patients,the bleeding symptom,platelet count,platelet-associated antibodies,total efficiency,long-term efficacy and adverse responses of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after the treatment.Conclusion：The therapy of hormone combined with Ning xue yin has good curative effect on the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Its adverse reactions are little and long-term effect is superior.It is particularly effective for the treatment of chronic refractory ITP and it is worth promoting in clinic.
