摘 要:目的为了解肝豆状核变性(Wilson’s)的影像学表现,明确病变范围及程度。明确病变范围及程度。方法采用普通X线摄片,WPI或CT对颅脑进行扫描。结果X线表现为四肢骨远端、椎体、骨盆、腕关节、指间关节等均可受累,表现形式为骨质脱钙、软化、碎裂、稀疏和骨质增生CT表现为多发双侧对称性豆状核及周围低密度病变以及其它脑组织萎缩等表现;MRI表现为豆状核、丘脑、尾状核及齿状核在T2加权图像上呈对称异常高信号,在T1加权图像上呈低信号。结论:Wilson’s病在普通X线摄片、CT及WRI扫描均能检出病变,CT或WRI更能明确病变范围。To evaluate the manifestation of diagnostic imaging the rang and degree of hepatolentcular degeneration in cluding .Mothod : X-tay film MRI or CT scanning were investigated in 42 patients with Wilson′s disease. Result: X-ray film showed extensive bore involvement at distal end of extremities,vertebrates, pelvis, carpal joints, imterphalangeal joints, and so on, this features be decalcification. malacia,cleavage, rarefaction and hyperosteogeny.In CT scanning, multiple, symmetrical low density foci were found found in lenticalar nucleus and adjoining area, and atrophy foci were found in for region of brain T2WI present symmetrical hyper intensify in lenticular nucleus, thalamus, caudatum and dendatum. Conclusion: In Wilsin′s disease,X_ray,MPI and CT scanning ed to detect abnomality and to determine the range of damage.
