谷维素丹参合剂抗大鼠血栓形成的实验研究

摘　　要：目的；观察谷维素丹参合剂对大鼠动脉血栓形成的影响。方法：采用大鼠体外颈总动脉－颈外静脉血流旁路法形成血小板血栓，从血栓重量可测知血小板的粘附聚集功能。结果；谷维素丹参合剂组抗血栓形成效果明显优于生理盐水组。结论；谷维素丹参合剂可明显抑制血小板血栓的形成。Objective:To study the effect of oryzanolum and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.on arterial thrombosis in rats.Methods:Platelet thrombi were formed in vitro with arteria carotis communis-vena julularis externa bypass.The adhesion and aggregation function of platelet were determined according to the weight of thrombosis. Result:The ami-thrombotic effect in oryzanolum and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.synthetic group was significantly better than that in saline group (P<0.0l). Conclusion:Orgzanolum and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.synthetic can greatly inhibit platelet thrombosis.
