益寿保元液对糖皮质激素所致阳虚小鼠游泳耐力的影响

摘　　要：目的；观察益保元液对阳虚小鼠游泳耐力的影响。方法：采用不同剂量（１０ｇ／ｋｇ，５ｇ／ｋｇ，２．５ｇ／ｋｇ）的益寿保元液，给小鼠连续７天灌胃，每天两次，同时注射醋酸氢化可的松，每天０．７５ｍｇ／只ｉ．ｍ连续７天，造成阳虚动物模型，然后采用负重游泳直至完全疲劳法，记录小鼠无力负重沉于水底死亡所需时间。结果：不同剂量的益寿保元液与对照组相比，可明显延长阳虚小鼠游泳所持续的时间。Objective:To observe the effect of Yi Sou Bao Yuan Liquid on the swimming time of mice with yang deficiency induced by glucocorticoid hormone. Methods:Giving different doses (10g/kg,5g.kg,2.5g/kg) of Yi Sou Bao Yuan liquid orally to the model mice,7 days,two times a day,at the same time,injecting intramuscularly hydrocortisone acetate 0.75mg/day,producing yang deficiency animal model.After the administration of the drug,the mice loaded with proportional weight were tested in swimming until completed fatigue.The needed time for the mice to sink is recorded and taken as death time.Result:Different doses of Yi Sou Bao Yuan liquid can prolong the swimming time of the mice with yang deficiency.Conclusion:Yi Sou Bao Yuan liquid has the function of prolonging the swimming time of the mice with yang deficiency.
