某部队医院皮肤科门诊军免患者疾病谱分析

摘　　要：【目的】调查某部队医院皮肤科门诊全年部队免费医疗的皮肤病患者的病种分布和所占比例,为将来采取针对性防治措施提供科学依据。【方法】调取2005年12月1日到2006年11月31日皮肤科门诊计算机系统记录的所有部队患者资料,并统计分析。【结果】全年共接诊部队患者3 748人次。诊断明确的部队患者共计3 505人次,其中感染性疾病占到43.62%,真菌感染性、病毒感染性、细菌感染性皮肤病分别占21.05%、13.15%和9.42%。皮炎湿疹类疾病发病率很高,占28.02%;皮肤附属器疾病占10.01%;荨麻疹类疾病占9.33%。【结论】在该院皮肤科门诊部队免费患者中,感染性疾病所占比例最高,特别是真菌感染、病毒性感染和细菌感染;皮炎湿疹类皮肤病、附属器疾病和荨麻疹类疾病的就诊频率较高。这些结果对于采取有针对性预防措施、更好防治这些部队皮肤病具有积极意义。[Objective] To investigate dermatitis entity epidemiology of the military medical fee-free out-patients in a troops hospital dermatological department. [Methods] From the information section of this hospital we got the information of all military medical fee-free dermatology out-patients between whole year from 2005.12 to 2006.11. Then analyzed these statistics. [ Results ]There were 3 505 cases diagnosed relatively definite in the total 3 748 military medical fee-free out-patients. The proportion of patients suffer from infection disease was 43.62%, in which 21.05%, 13.15%, 9.42% were causes by fungus, virus, bacteria. Dermatitis and eczema patients occupied 28.02%.The cutaneous appendages disease and urticaria disease were 10.01% and 9.33% respectively. [ Conclusion ] Nearly half of the military medical free out-patients suffer from Infection disease causes by fungus, virus, and bacteria. Dermatitis and eczema extend quarter. The cutaneous appendages disease and urticaria disease were 10.01% and 9.33% respectively. These dates are useful for the hospital adopt suitable measure to prevent or cure this dermatitis better.
