某医院2009年住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

摘　　要：【目的】对某医院2009年住院患者抗菌药物应用进行分析,为促进临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。【方法】随机抽取2009年住院患者病历2080份,分析抗菌药物使用、病原学送检、联合应用、分级管理等情况。【结果】本院全年抗菌药物使用率为75.9%;病原学送检率为32.7%;非限制性应用率为77.1%;联用抗生素比例为28.0%。【结论】我院抗菌药物选择较合理,但使用率偏高。[ Objective ] To analyse the antibiotics application of inpatients of our hospital in 2009. [ Methods ] A total of 2080 records of inpatient in our hospital in 2009 were randomly collected, and the antibiotics applied; pathogen detection, combination of antibiotics utilization and level administration were analyzed Utilization and combination of antibiotics. [Results] The usage rate of antimicrobials was 75.9%; the pathogen detection rate was 32.7%; the nonrestrictive usage rate was 77.1%; the rate of combinations accounted for 28.0%. [ Conclusion ] The selection of antibiotics is rational, but the rate of antimicrobials usage is higher, which need to be corrected.
