摘  要:用花粉管通道法将新疆的大赖草 DNA导入普通小麦花培品系 761 ,从转化的 D3和 D4代变异中筛选出大穗(主穗长大于 1 4cm)、多穗 (主穗粒数大于 60粒 )品系 50个 ,并能稳定遗传和正常结实 ,各品系连续多年种植 ,在穗长、穗粒数和粒重上表现突出。经对供体、受体和转化后代进行酯酶同工酶和 RAPD分析 ,证明供体 DNA片段已进入受体引起Fifty stably inheritable and normally bearing strains with large spike (main spike length more than 14 cm), grain number of main spike more than 60 grains were selected from variations of the transformed pedigree D 3 and D 4 through the introduction of Leymus nuclear DNA into common spring wheat pollen line 761 by means of pollen tube. Meanwhile, the length of main spike, grain number of main spike and weight of grain were significantly better than receptor through being planted for several years. The donor, receptor and their pedigrees were analysed for their isozyme of esterase and RAPD, which showed that the introduction of donor DNA fragments into the receptor caused DNA recombination.
