2型糖尿病大鼠血清可溶性L-选择素的变化及与LDL-C、HDL-C的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病大鼠血清可溶性L-选择素（sL—selectin）的动态变化及其与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LD-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）的相关性。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组（50只）及实验组（70只），实验组给予高脂高糖饮食及腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素（30mg／kg）复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型。分别于成模后0、4、8、12、16周每组随机选取10只大鼠取血测空腹血糖、sL-selectin、LDL-C、HDL-C。结果试验组大鼠血清sL—selectin明显高于正常组，随着2型糖尿病病程的进展，血清sL-selectin持续升高；血清sL—selectin与LDL—C呈正相关，与HDL-C呈负相关。结论血清sL-selectin在糖尿病血栓性并发症的发生、发展中起重要作用。Objective To observe the dynamics change of serum concentration of soluble L-selectin in type 2 diabetic rats and its relationships with LDL-C and HDL-C. Methods All Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group（50 rats） and experimental group（70 rats）.The rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was established by high-fat high-sugar feeding combined with low-dose STZ（30mg/kg）.At the 0,4,8,12,16 weeks after the occurrence of diabetes ten rats were picked up randomly and respectively from two groups and the serum concentration of soluble L-selectin,fasting blood glucose,LDL-C and HDL-C were measured.Results The serum concentration of soluble L-selectin in rats of experimental group was signifi＇cantly higher than that of control group and keep the high level until the end of the experiment.The serum concentration of soluble L-selectin was positively associated with LDL-C,while negatively associated with HDL-C. Conclusion Serum soluble L-selectin may play an important role in the occurrence and development of thrombotic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
