摘 要:目的研究穿心莲内酯、去氧穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯三种不同亚型的穿心莲提取物对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集的拮抗作用。方法采用醇提取法从穿心莲中提取不同类型的内酯,将其分别加入富含血小板的血浆中,然后用多功能血小板聚集仪测定ADP雳导的血小板聚集作用。结果三种内酯成分均具有抗ADP诱导的血小板凝集作用,以穿心莲内酯为最强,且具有剂量依赖性。结论穿心莲内酯具有较好的抗ADP诱导的血小板聚集作用,具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective To investigate the antagonistic effects of three alcoholic extracts of andrographis paniculata(andrographolide,deoxyandrographolide and neoandrographotide) on ADP-induced platelet aggregation. Methods Three different andrographolide subtypes were extracted from andrographis paniculata using alcoholic extracted method,then added into the human platelet rich plasma,and the ADP-induced platelet aggregation was measured by using multiftmetional platelet aggregometer. Results All three andrographolide subtypes could inhibit the ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro,but the andrographolide is the most effective,and this inhibit effect is in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Andrographolide can antagonize the ADP-induced platelet aggregation very well in vitro,it has a bright prospect in the clinic use.
