摘　　要：通信电源割接有较大风险。电源割接前要周全考虑,降低施工风险。文中叙述了通信电源割接的基本原则和要求,详细论述了电源割接实施过程、割接完工后的要求及应急处理要求。It is very risky to cleft grafting the power of communication,so the thoughtful consideration should be taken before this process to reduce the construction risk.In this article,the basic principle and requirement of power cutover was described,then the implementation process,the requirement after cutover and the emergency processing were discussed in detailed.
