摘 要:制粉系统调整试验是电站锅炉燃烧优化试验的重要部分,煤粉细度的合理选择对降低机械不完全燃烧损失和制粉系统能耗有重要意义。对经济煤粉细度的定义和确定方法进行了探讨,并针对某电厂300MW锅炉机组运行中的煤粉细度进行优化分析,采用修改后的经验公式的方法找到合理的煤粉细度,以此进行制粉系统调整试验,并进行了经济性分析,得到了较为理想的结果,从而解决了该机组热效率低,运行经济性不佳的问题,提高了机组的整体经济效益。The pulverizing system adjustment test is a important part of power plant boiler combustion optimization adjustment test,the rational choice of the pulverized coal fineness is important to lower the mechanical loss of incomplete combustion and energy consumption of the pulverizing system.The definition of economic fineness of coal-dust and its determining methods in several currently used codes and specifications are analyzed in this article,and based on one 300MW coal-fired power unit,the optimization of the pulverized coal-fired fineness has been studied.The suitable pulverized coal fineness is obtained by the amended emperical formula,and a economic analysis is made on the unit.Results show that using this pulverized coal-fired fineness can resolve this unit's problem that the economic property and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is not good,and improved the economic property of this coal-fired power unit.
