摘　　要：焦竑是晚明重要的思想家和文学家,其各方面思想都具有承上启下的意义,文学思想更是如此。既重视文学的"载道"传统,亦承认"词"、"法"的重要性;既推崇"风骨"、"兴寄",亦不忽视"性情";既承认文学的"经世"之功,亦在诗文中"无功利"地抒情。在将文学与生活同化的诗意生存中,实现了质与文、尚古与性灵、经世与抒情的完满融合,为明代中后期文学的发展起到了拨雾导航的作用。Jiao Hong is an important thinker and writer in late Ming,all aspects of his thought are nexus in history,especially the literary thought.Both attach importance to ＂Zaidao＂ tradition in literature,but also approbate the ＂Ci＂ and ＂Fa＂;both value the ＂Fenggu＂,＂Xingji＂,also do not ignore the ＂Xingqing＂;not only recognize the function of ＂Jingshi＂ about literature,also free lyric in the poems.He achieved a combination of literature and life in a poetic way,at the same time,integrate content and form,＂Shanggu＂ and ＂Xingling＂,＂Jingshi＂ and ＂lyric＂ together successfully.All of those played an important role in the development of literature in the late Ming Dynasty.
